Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. If an item you requested is on back order, you will be notified by email within 1 business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS ground from Michigan. Shipping fee is a flat rate of $7, free for orders over $75. (UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes)

You will receive an email from UPS with tracking info when your order ships.

If you require items by a specific date, please email us a list of items with sizes and colors in your email, so we can verify availability and confirm delivery date, before you place the order. sales@patriotprinter.net

Uploaded print files need to be high resolution and transparent, for best results. We accept PDF, AI, EPS and PNG files. Proofs for uploaded artwork will be emailed to you.

If you have questions/concerns about setting up your own print files, please email us. You may also email us files to check/create proofs before placing an order. Please email us at sales@patriotprinter.net.

If you simply want to create a word or wording, you can enter your request in the "add ons" box on the order screen and we will email you a proof before we print.
